We’re excited to announce a special Striking Seminar with two incredible athletes – UFC fighter Kennedy Freeman and Joshua Abraham – on Saturday 5th July from 1pm to 3pm, right here at EastCoast!
Both bring elite-level experience and explosive striking styles:
🔹 Kennedy Freeman – Now signed to the UFC, Kennedy is quickly making waves on the world stage. Known for her sharp, technical striking and composed fight IQ, she’s also the daughter of MMA legend Ian Freeman and is carving out her own path at the highest level of the sport.
🔹 Joshua Abraham – A top-level UK professional with a strong K1 and MMA background. Joshua is known for his explosive style, sharp combinations, and relentless work ethic – expect high energy and practical skills you can apply straight away.
